Tell us about your novel.

A Rogue to Remember is a Victorian historical romance about a seasoned spy who sets out to rescue the childhood friend he once loved from a reputation-destroying rumor—only to discover   that she is actually the source.

What inspired your novel?

I had just finished a big revision of a different book when I had a dream that inspired the opening scene. I wasn’t planning on starting a new project so soon, but the characters kept speaking to me! It ended up being the fastest book I’ve ever drafted.

What are your interests outside of writing?

I love to read (usually romance novels or mysteries) and bake (usually cookies).  I’ve also gotten more into gardening the last couple of years. Travel was also a big interest of mine, but between the pandemic and having a newborn that’s on hold for the foreseeable future. I do consider myself lucky to have visited some amazing places though!

What are you currently working on?

I’m waiting on edits for the next book in my League of Scoundrels series, The Rebel and The Rake. It features a cunning spy posing as a useless aristocrat, the duplicitous lady’s companion who steals his heart, and a spooky Scottish castle.

Share a fun fact about yourself.

When I was in my late twenties, I quit my crappy job and traveled around Europe for a while, which included a month-long housesitting gig in North London.
